Training in Collective Intelligence

Collective Intelligence is a research-based and practically applicable framework for developing group collaboration, effectiveness, and well-being. It is grounded in rigorous research conducted at the Stockholm School of Economics.

The training program combines theory with experiential learning and is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and capabilities needed to strengthen and build collective intelligence within teams and organizations independently. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of the digital tool CIBoost, and will both experience and apply it as an integrated part of the program.

"Our jobs and workplaces have become much more complex, requiring increased collaboration skills. We develop these best through regular discussions and exercises in collaboration, known as team debriefs. With a digital tool, this is easily turned into a routine. It's a smart way for large organizations to enhance collective intelligence."

Philip Runsten, Researcher in Economics, at the Stockholm School of Economics.
