Training in Collective Intelligence
Collective Intelligence is a research-based and practically applicable framework for developing group collaboration, effectiveness, and well-being. It is grounded in rigorous research conducted at the Stockholm School of Economics.
The training program combines theory with experiential learning and is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and capabilities needed to strengthen and build collective intelligence within teams and organizations independently. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of the digital tool CIBoost, and will both experience and apply it as an integrated part of the program.
Target Audience
This program is designed for those who work with group, team, or collaboration development and want to deepen their understanding of collective intelligence and how to apply it in practice.
Maybe you are an HR Business Partner or a Learning & Development Manager? We’re not limited by job titles! Rather, we focus on your commitment and drive to unlock the potential of groups.
Preparation
We believe in learning by doing! Before the program begins, you should have a group in mind that you can observe, assess, and create an action plan for during the program.

- Understand and articulate the concept of collective intelligence
- Apply proven methods and tools
- Define initiatives to strengthen collective intelligence
- Facilitate processes that enhance collective intelligence

Format: Three in-person, instructor-led training days
Fee: 18,000 SEK per participant (excl. VAT)
